My Facebook news feed was full of “first day of school pictures” complete with new clothes, new backpacks, and the classic half excited/half nervous first day of school smile. Just this morning, my sister sent me an adorable picture of my niece on her first day of preschool. As I saw these pictures, I said a simple prayer for the students and their teachers.
