There is a noticeable shift in the Church calendar from Oct 31 to Nov 1. It moves from Reformation Day, where we witness about the Church Militant, to All Saints Day with the Church Triumphant—from fighting in faith to resting in Christ’s victory. As a Lutheran prolifer, the shift means a lot.
Prolifers are typically trying to stop transgressions here and there in the world. Our discussions tend not to speak on the saints in heaven as we focus on the here and now. However, if we fully understand our role as prolifers, we will include the heavenly realms as part of our focus.
