Roe v. Wade – Are We Marching In The Wrong Place? – What do you think? I was curious what LFL board member Col. كيف تفوز بالروليت John Eidsmoe thought of this article. Here is his response:

“Theoretically, Michael is right — a man-made law or court decision that is contrary to the laws of nature and of nature’s God is null and void.

“Practically speaking, however, the courts and other branches of government are treating Roe v. Wade as though it is the law of the land. After Roe v. Wade, I’m told, some states have repealed their abortion laws, while others have left them on the books but treat them as though they are a dead letter. Even in states where the abortion laws are still on the books, marching on local prosecutors to pressure them to file abortion charges would accomplish nothing. العاب تربح فلوس Few if any prosecutors would file abortion charges as a result of such action; they know that if they did, the court would not only dismiss the charges but probably also cite the prosecutor for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, or bringing a frivolous action. العاب تكسب فلوس And if a judge or jury ever did convict someone, it would almost undoubtedly be reversed on appeal.

“The best course, I think, is to continue to press for legislation limiting abortion as far as the courts will allow them to limit it — fetal pain bills, fetal heartbeat bills, conscience clauses, a personhood amendment, etc., and working to elect a President and Senate who will nominate and confirm pro-life judges and justices who will vote to overrule Roe v. Wade.”
