LifeDate Fall 2023 – How to Use Your Gospel-Motivated Voice For Life
The team that created the Lutherans For Life Step Up 4 Life 2023 campaign consisted of Michelle Bauman (Y4Life), Rev. Jeff Duncan (Volunteer Relations), Jerilyn Richard (Donor Relations), and David Probst (Development).
In February, 28 Lutherans For Life ministry partners contributed over $25,000 to our Step Up 4 Life 2023 campaign before registration opened or steps were taken.
As of June 30, 2023, we received 417 Step Up 4 Life donations from 400 donors (which includes offerings, walking registrations, and sponsorship gifts) and a total of $93,543 for LFL.
Step Up 4 Life 2023 received donations from ministry partners in 37 States including AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
The three states which provided the most donations to our Step Up 4 Life 2023 campaign were Illinois – 36 donations, Missouri – 40 donations, and Indiana – 60 donations. Go Hoosiers!
Step Up 4 Life 2023 had nine teams and 46 individuals participate in our team challenge.
Step Up 4 Life 2023 had 58 walking participants and 95 walker sponsorship donations. According to our responding walkers, over 5,856,615 steps were taken FOR LIFE.
There were 328 donations and $27,805 given to Step Up 4 Life in 2021, 519 donations and $68,251 given in 2022, and 417 donations and $93,543 given so far in 2023.
Step Up 4 Life 2023 received 384 gifts in the $1- $499 range, 16 gifts in the $500 – $999 range, 14 gifts in the $1,000 – $4,999 range, and three gifts in the $5,000 and higher range.
