Sometimes extraordinary things seem ordinary when we get used to them. So many of our Lutheran schools have been around for decades shaping children in knowledge and faith. They may seem ordinary. They are not! I recently spent a week speaking to over 2400 students in eight Lutheran schools. I met extraordinary teachers, extraordinary administrators, extraordinary students, and extraordinary support staff. I do not exaggerate. At EVERY school I visited I was impressed. My countless visits to Lutheran schools over the years affirms that this week was the rule not the exception.
