Airfare/Mileage: Actual airfare and/or current standard IRS mileage rate to airport or event. Lodging: Quiet non-smoking hotel room. Honorarium: As Dr. Lamb is a salaried employee of Lutherans For Life, an extra honorarium is not required. If the sponsoring group would like to provide an extra honorarium, it is always appreciated but, again, not required. Meals: $25 per day unless other arrangements are made. Other: A lectern will be needed. A TV and VCR and/or an overhead projector and screen may be needed. (This will vary depending on the presentation.)
