Connie Davis serves as president of Lutherans For Life of Michigan, chairs the Council of LFL Federation Presidents, is a state representative to the National Lutherans For Life board of directors, and is an advisory board member of Compassion Pregnancy Care Center of Macomb County. She considers it a privilege to speak to children, teens and adults on life issues which affect our culture today. Connie also edits Lifelines, the quarterly newsletter produced by LFL of Michigan and has had several articles published in Michigan in Touch. She was formerly a synodically trained Lutheran elementary school teacher, is the wife of Terry (principal of St. Peter Lutheran School in Macomb), and the mother of three sons and grandmother of four. Mrs. Davis's presentations are intended for pre-kindergarten through high school students and adults. Preferred settings include elementary school chapels, elementary school classrooms, junior and senior high school chapels, junior and senior high classrooms, adult Bible study classes, and church organizations Connie Davis willing to travel nationwide. Airfare/Mileage: Actual airfare and/or current standard IRS mileage rate to airport or event. Lodging: Quiet non-smoking hotel room. Honorarium: As an affiliated speaker for Lutherans For Life, Connie Davis is not in a paid position. Therefore, we ask that sponsoring groups provide an extra honorarium for Mrs. Davis. The sponsoring group determines the amount of the honorarium. Honorariums depend on number of events. Honorariums begin at $200. Meals: $25 per day unless other arrangements are made. Other: A lectern will be needed. A TV and VCR and/or an overhead projector and screen may be needed. (This will vary depending on the presentation.)
