Lutherans For Life "On Display"
LFL was on the road and on display this summer at nine national gatherings including those of the American Association of Lutheran Churches, Association of Free Lutheran Congregations, Church of the Lutheran Brethren of America, Higher Things, International Lutheran Laymen’s League, LCMS Black Family Convocation, LCMS Children’s Ministry, National Lutheran Youth Workers, and National Right to Life.

Dr. Lamb reported from the road on "how well LFL is received by the pastors and laity of the AFLC. It’s not just positive, it is overwhelmingly so. Our materials are greatly appreciated and are being used in many, many congregations." A similar response was found at the CLBA convention.

On attending the National Right to Life Convention, Hank and Shirley Scheuermann of Cleveland, Ohio said, "It was important that we were there. Many people, including some Lutherans, did not know there was a Lutherans For Life group. They were all glad that we were there … Everyone who stopped by our table was impressed with the quality and content of our brochures. They said these were the best … they had seen."

At the LCMS National Youth Workers Conference, Karen Frohwein said, "There were many comments on LFL resources and their usefulness for Bible study and discussion with youth groups. Knowing there are Bible-based resources that touch on current issues for teens is important. GOD’S WORD For Life was also well received. People were again thankful for this resource that connects God’s Word to today’s life issues.
